Anthea, I firmly believe your input has helped my ambitions for weight reduction and control become a reality . I think the strength of your program is in the “getting starting “ , by initially questioning the authenticity of the individual’s plan and then providing means for the “path forward” . Once started, momentum is built by a growing self belief and the acknowledgements of others. The concept of “remote coaching “ is an interesting one , as there is an implied pressure to meet program commitments without the confrontation of personal interaction . The pressure is on the individual to succeed , with the mentor offering support and expert advice .
