With the health of key personnel being a significant contributing factor to business performance, understanding how a company or industry fares is of great benefit. The Executive Health Index looks at the medical, physical, psychological health and lifestyle factors of 20 industries and compares how they fare. As CEO of EHS, John Hall says, "This index allows organisations to benchmark the health performance of their key staff against a similar cohort." He adds, "It enables the pinpointing of key health risk areas that raise the likelihood of chronic diseases, time off work and reduced performance and productivity.
