Lawyers Weekly - How to prevent burnout in the legal profession
The report found that lawyers have fallen from first place to seventh place in overall health, and from 12th place to 16th place in mental health. Furthermore, data showed lawyers also ranked the worst in many physical health markers, including cholesterol levels. These findings are not necessarily surprising with the long hours worked, high stress jobs, however there may be some long term consequences of over doing it.
