They all hold the necessary qualifications to practice in their field and comply with EHS' stringent criteria for employment to ensure we deliver on the very best health care.

Dr Mark Penny - PhD, MBBS, FRACP

Dr Mark Penny is the EHS Medical Director, overseeing Doctors recruitment and training, quality control and program design. Dr Penny is a practicing physician at the St Vincent’s hospital in Sydney, specialising in hypertension and nephrology.

Sydney – St Vincent’s Clinic

Dr Peter Slezak

With 25 years of practice, Dr Peter Slezak is one of the most experienced and highly respected Consulting Physicians for medico-legal cases, insurance medicals and executive health checks.

His aim is to “help executives achieve a healthy balance between work and home life for the benefit of their careers, employers, family and friends.”

Dr Slezak is particularly experienced in managing the challenges to health faced by executives as a result of stress, eating habits, lack of exercise and conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, sleep disorders and depression.

Dr Leonie Marquis

Leonie is a great believer in a holistic approach to health and in “identifying risk factors for both physical and mental health issues with the expectation that if positive action is implemented these risks can largely be avoided or at least mitigated.”

Leonie has been a practicing physician for the past 35 years, working in both Sydney and the UK.

Leonie is one of our long standing corporate health doctors and has worked out of St Vincent's Clinic Health Assessment Centre since 1998.

Dr Janet Chan

Janet has been practicing medicine for almost 20 years. Janet is an Intensive Care Specialist and prior to joining EHS worked as an Intensivist at St Vincent’s Hospital. She also worked as a Simulation Specialist in Critical Care Resuscitation.

Janet is particularly passionate about being a part of her clients health journey. "The health assessment at EHS allows the doctor the time and place to get to know the client and address their health concerns, as well as the opportunity to make a difference to someone’s health and well-being."

Janet has a strong interest in medical simulation and continues to be involved in resuscitation and other educational courses.

Dr Michael Lowy

Dr Michael Lowy is a men’s health physician with a special interest in male sexual dysfunction, relationship counselling and the general health issues of men.

Dr Lowy began his medical career in general practice, later becoming a sexual health physician (FAChSHM) and obtained a Master of Psychological Medicine and became a Fellow of the European Committee of Sexual Medicine.

Dr Lowy currently works at The Male Clinic in Woolloomooloo and at Executive Health Solutions at St Vincent’s Clinic.

Dr Lowy is a lecturer in Men’s Health at the University of NSW, Notre Dame University, University of Sydney and Family Planning NSW and is a clinical tutor of UNSW medical students. He is a life member of ASSERT NSW and a founding member of Society of Australian Sexologists NSW branch.

Dr Ian Adair

Ian has been a practicing GP for over 30 years and has worked on the North Shore of Sydney, the City and Eastern Suburbs during that time.

He has a special interest in geriatrics and healthy ageing, and spent a number of years in executive health management while in practice.

Usually described as “affable”, Ian has a pragmatic, no nonsense approach to healthy living and health advice, and believes in working with people to improve their lives in the context of their work and social environment.

Dr Gagandeep (Gagan) Gill

Dr Gill has extensive experience as a Senior Career Medical officer at St Vincent's Private Hospital for more than 12 years in managing Medical emergencies and managing post surgical, orthopedic and Cardiology patients on the ward.

He has also worked as a sole GP in Respiratory Clinic in Sydney. Dr Gill is especially passionate about helping Executive Clients on their journey towards optimum health. His main areas of interest are Dietary modification, management of stress related health issues and sleep disorders.

Melbourne – CBD Clinic

Dr Christopher Oh

Christopher is a Victorian graduate of the University of Melbourne/Austin Hospital Clinical School.

He has been practicing medicine for the past 18 years and is currently working in clinical private General Practice in the CBD of Melbourne.

Christopher sub-specialises in Skin Cancer Medicine/Surgery at Camberwell Dermatology & Skin Cancer clinic.

He spent a few years out of clinical medicine (MBA at the Melbourne Business School), trying out different corporate Medical Advisory/Business Development roles in both Melbourne & Sydney, including the Pharmaceutical Industry in North Ryde, Sydney. His passion for medicine, however, saw him return to clinical practice, with a particular focus and passion for preventative medicine, particularly in the corporate health field.

Christopher's motivation for entering the corporate health industry started with an “initial intrigue at how ‘high level managers’ in the corporate world cope with self-health, and what effects the corporate lifestyle in the 21st Century has on their overall well-being. It is generally hard to experience this patient group in the time-poor environment/chaos of day-to-day General Practice”.

Dr Robyn Craven

Dr Robyn Craven is an experienced General Practitioner with Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, a Masters in Family Medicine and Clinical Epidemiology.

She specialises in Women’s health issues including menopause, breast disease and osteoporosis. Robyn is an honorary senior lecturer at Monash University’s Department of General Practice, is a consultant to the Royal Melbourne Osteoporosis Clinic, a visiting Associate to the Department of Bone & Mineral Service and General Practitioner at Medical on Church, Hawthorn. Robyn has a wide range of experience including running her own Women’s Health Clinics in private practice and General Practice. Robyn commenced with EHS in 2009, her interests otherwise include her family and staying fit playing tennis and going to the gym.

Dr Michelle Jayasekera - Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery

Michelle qualified as a doctor in 2002 and has been practicing medicine for 17 years.

Since graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, she has worked extensively in rural hospitals and general practice settings. She later focused her interests in the area of Drug and Alcohol by working in the Addiction Medicine Unit with Southern Health whilst acting as Primary Health Consultant at South Eastern Detoxification Centre. After taking off some time to raise her family, Michelle re-entered medicine in the Corporate Health Industry and has been with Executive Health Solutions since early 2018.

Dr Deepak Gaur

Deepak has 25 years of clinical practice and medical strategy leadership experience in Australia and the United States.

Deepak trained at Alfred Health and Austin Health in Melbourne, and has worked in a variety of small practices, corporate clinics, and after hours home visit services, as well as diverse clinical settings including indigenous health and remote communities.

Deepak has also had an executive career in Management Consulting, Pharmaceutical companies, and Blood products. In these roles his primary motivation has been to provide strategic, commercial perspective to complex health care issues.

In 2020, Deepak founded Pop Up GP in the inner south eastern suburbs of Melbourne providing patients with a bespoke video, home, office, aged care facility, and clinic visit choice.

Deepak has a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Monash University and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Dr Abhi Ramroop

Dr Abhi has extensive experience in emergency medicine and general practice.

He is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has a keen interest in health promotion.

Dr Abhi enjoys all aspects of general practice including the prevention and management of chronic diseases. His work at EHS allows him to provide guidance and support to clients to achieve better health outcomes.

Dr Louis Lim

Dr Louis Lim graduated with a MBBS(Hons) from Monash University in 1994. Following post graduate hospital rotations, Dr Lim joined the Royal Australian Air Force in 2001 and served as a medical officer until 2007, leaving with the rank of Squadron Leader.

His time in the RAAF saw him work in various air bases around Australia and included operational tours of duty in East Timor and Iraq.

Following discharge from the RAAF, Dr Lim moved to western Victoria where he works in emergency medicine and as a surgical assistant with a special interest in obstetrics, gynaecology and orthopaedics. He joined Executive Health Solutions in late 2022, bringing his experience of occupational and emergency medicine to the world of corporate health.

Outside of medicine, Dr Lim is a budding musician who enjoys playing the piano, drums and occasionally the ukulele. He also enjoys spending time with his young family and watching his beloved Manchester United play.

Dr Sally Blombery

Dr Sally Blombery studied Medicine at the University of Melbourne and graduated in 2004.

She has been working in General Practice since 2009 and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She also has a Bachelor of Science (Biomed.) from Monash University. Sally enjoys the varied nature of working in General Practice but has a particular interest in Preventative Health, Women’s and Children’s Health, Mental Health and Reproductive Health. Sally strives to help clients understand their health to enhance motivation to work towards their health goals. Outside work, she is kept busy by her three children and enjoys running, reading and travelling.

Brisbane – CBD Clinic

Dr Ann Zillman

Dr Ann Zillman has over fifteen years’ experience as a medical practitioner.

Dr Ann Zillman’s background includes the completion of her medical degree and GP training in Queensland, followed by several years in the U.K. Dr Ann Zillman has her own medical practice as well as working for Executive Health Solutions and enjoys the diversity of General Practice and Corporate Health and values the opportunity to help people with their health needs. Women’s health and preventative health strategies are her areas of interest.

Dr Andrew Pearson

Andrew has been a practicing Doctor for the last 24 years and has been specialising in the corporate health industry for the past six years.

Andrew has “an appreciation of the importance of preventative health and the early detection and correction of cardiac risk factors (high blood pressure, poor cholesterol, pre-diabetes, etc.) in the prevention of serious disease.”

After initial residency placements in Sydney (Prince of Wales, Royal North Shore Hospitals), Andrew has 20 years’ experience in the Critical Care Units of The Wesley Hospital as a Career Medical Officer.

That is, General Intensive Care, Cardiothoracic Intensive Care and Coronary Intensive Care. Andrew has also done some locum work in the Intensive Care Units at The Mater Private and Holy Spirit Northside.

Dr Janette Randall

Dr Janette Randall has over twenty years’ experience as a medical practitioner.

Dr Janette Randall has over twenty years’ experience as a medical practitioner. Dr Randall has a keen interest in mental health and is a facilitator of GP education workshops for the Black Dog Institute. Dr Randall is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, was Chairman of NPS Medicinewise from 2007-2014 and is on the board for NPS Medicinewise. Dr Randall has a keen interest in women’s health and has five years corporate health experience with our Executive Health program.

Dr Ceinwen Carlsson

Dr Ceinwen Carlsson enjoys all aspects of General Practice and considers it a special privilege to be an insider to the lives of people and improve their health through diagnosing, treating, listening, counselling and being an advocate.

A Fellow of the RACGP she also is committed to lifelong learning and plays an active role in teaching of medical students at Monash University.

Her special interests include Women’s Health (especially PCOS, preconception counselling and fertility), Dermatology (with extra qualifications in Skin Cancer Medicine), Travel Medicine (Diploma of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene from the University of Liverpool UK) and all aspects of preventative medicine. Ceinwen joined the EHS team in 2019.

Dr Anmar Aydami

He graduated with a Bachelor of Human Biology, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with distinction from the University of Auckland in 2003, and was awarded the Violet Souter and Woolf Fisher scholarships.

Dr Aydami worked in cardiothoracic surgery, neurosurgery and general surgery, with further postgraduate training in Intensive Care Medicine at the Prince Charles Hospital and the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. He was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners with extended skills in ICU in 2015.

Dr Aydami enjoys the broad continuum of general practice, which unveils skill sets from a number of disciplines including skin cancer and ingrown nail surgery, men’s health, women’s health including contraception/implanon insertion, cycle abnormalities, fertility assessment, medically indicated iron infusion and medical management of menopause. Dr Aydami is passionate about chronic disease management including obesity, diabetes, emphysema, asthma, smoking cessation, irritable bowel, thyroid and heart disease with a strong emphasis on life style medicine and preventative care including immunisations, and paediatrics, travel advice and travel immunisations.

Dr Kelly Collins

Kelly graduated from the University of Queensland in 2012, and has experience working in both the pubic and private sectors as an acute care doctor, and in women’s health. She also provides medical coverage for the Queensland Rugby League.

Kelly is a keen recreational athlete herself, who enjoys cycling and powerlifting in her spare time.

Kelly believes in the power of preventative medicine and strives to instilling in others her enthusiasm for taking control of ones own mental and physical wellbeing.

Sydney – CBD Clinic

Dr Alana Gimpel

Dr. Alana Gimpel is an experienced General Practitioner, who has previously run her own General Practice. Alana was trained in the Gold Coast Hospital in 2005 and later in the Royal Brisbane Hospital.

Alana developed an interest in skin cancer management and has pursued further studies through the University of Queensland and Bond University in this area. She also has extensive experience and additional training in mental health.

Alana is passionate about preventive health and wellness, she believes in a strong connection between body, mind, and soul. Alana enjoys empowering her patients with knowledge and guiding them to achieve optimal health.

Dr Miriam Jaffe

Miriam studied medicine at St Bartholomew’s Hospital Medical College, London. She graduated in 1991 with a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery.

During her medical studies, Miriam also completed a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) 2nd class (Hons.) at University of London.

A Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (UK) followed in 1994 and in 1995 a Diploma of the Faculty of Family Planning. Miriam became a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 1996 and after arriving in Australia she became a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Before migrating with her family to Australia in 2006, Miriam was a principal (partner) in a busy General Practice for nine years. When she arrived in Australia in early 2006 Miriam worked in a General Practice in Sydney’s eastern suburbs before joining our team in May of 2007.

Dr Celeste Spamer

Celeste has been working in corporate health for more than 20 years.

She has a deep understanding of the work and family pressures that impact on the health of executives and has extensive experience in helping people overcome the barriers to following a healthy lifestyle. She has a keen interest in mental health and all things related to preventative health care. She is a passionate promoter of a nutritious whole foods diet, incorporating physical movement into daily life, having good sleep hygiene and pro-actively managing stress.

Celeste always tries to provide a welcoming, friendly and compassionate service that is also thorough and highly personalised. The health assessment should be enjoyable for the client regardless of the number of issues that need to be managed. She would like the client to feel motivated and empowered to make changes that are realistic and make sense to them in their daily lives.

Dr Dileni Fernando

Dileni is a specialist GP in Sydney’s Inner West and joined the EHS team in 2019.

She is passionate about preventative health and health optimisation. She finds the time and multidisciplinary approach afforded EHS clients allows thorough evaluation and comprehensive health advice to be delivered in an effective manner.
Dileni enjoys providing clients with information that empowers them to improve their health.

Dr Negar McNamara

Dr. Negar McNamara has over 20 years experience in clinical medicine. Having completed her medical degree at the University of New South Wales, Negar went on to complete her fellowship training with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Negar has a special interest in preventative health care. She has experienced the benefits of implementing screening, lifestyle change and, as a last resort, medication in the prevention of illness in her patients and adheres to the motto that “prevention is better than cure”.

Negar enjoys working in the corporate health environment at EHS as it has led to her working with motivated individuals to meet their health goals.

Perth – CBD Clinic

Dr Kishore Reddy Male

After graduating Dr Kishore Reddy Male gained a lot of experience in Wales in UK before moving to Glasgow to pursue a career in General Practice.

Whilst attaining his Membership in General Practice he has also attained a membership from the Royal college of Physicians (MRCP). He has also done a Diploma in Diabetes. Dr Male is a firm believer of "prevention is better than cure" and wishes to pursue the same at Executive Health Solutions.

Dr Kaye McMullen

A graduate from The University of Western Australia in 2007, Dr Kaye McMullan spent time in Western Australia working in Tertiary Hospitals gaining a variety of experience. She completed a Diploma of child health from Princess Margaret Hospital in 2010.

She moved to Singapore in 2011 where she has spent more then 10 years working in General Practice since. During this time she successfully completed a Graduate Diploma of Family Medicine and became a registered Family Physician. In 2021 she completed a Graduate Diploma of General Practice Dermatology at the National University of Singapore. The last 3 years of her time in Singapore was strongly focused on preventative health care in a corporate setting.

Dr Kaye McMullan is passionate about providing good quality medical care using a patient centred approach. She takes the time to get to know her patients so she can help manage the whole person, inlcuding social, emotional, mental and physical well being. Her main interests include women’s health and mental health care.

Linda Jays - MA (Psych), Dip Clin Hyp, MAPS (Clinical & Counselling)

Linda has practiced as a Clinical and Counselling Psychologist for over 25 years, with her professional practice being largely with executives and professionals, both men and women.

Linda has worked extensively with a broad range of presenting issues, including stress, anxiety and depression through to career and work concerns, lack of direction and relationship issues.

“Working with EHS enables me to provide clients with the understanding and skills to better manage concerns before psychological wellbeing further erodes”.

“EHS’ health assessment processes go beyond ‘medical screening’ to assessing for potential mental health and psychological wellbeing issues to help clients understand when they may need to get ‘on the front foot’. EHS doctors’ ability to engage clients in conversations to seamlessly connect clients, where needed, with an EHS psychologist for confidential assistance is a critical part of the health management programs.”

Anthea is a qualified food scientist (University of NSW), dietitian (University of Sydney), sports dietitian (Australian Institute of Sport) and counsellor (Australian Institute of Family Counselling).

Since graduating in 2002 as a dietitian, Anthea has been working with Executive Health Solutions as a dietitian, then later as a health coach so is experienced with the executive lifestyle and the challenges faced. She also works as a nutrition service provider to the NSW Institute of Sport and local sporting associations, and is also a seminar presenter for other organisations.

In addition to her enjoyment of working alongside clients to support them in their health goals, Anthea enjoys spending time with her young family.

Ellie Thompson

Ellie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (BSc/MND, USYD) and an Accredited Health & Wellness Coach (HCANZA) who utilises a client-centred approach to help people live their best lives.

This enables clients to feel empowered to make sustainable, long-term changes to improve their overall health and nutrition.

Ellie has had a love of food since a young age, which together with an interest in science, led her into the area of Dietetics and health coaching. In her spare time, you will find her in the kitchen experimenting with recipes and modifying them to suit different dietary needs, including her own.

Ellie has always been interested in the importance of food in everyday life. From the social experiences that revolve around food to the important role it plays in fuelling your body to function at its best. Ellie has experience working with clients in areas such as diabetes, weight loss, cardiovascular disease, gut health as well as nutrition and lifestyle coaching.

Exercise Physiologists

Matt Bevin - B.CEP (ESSAM)

Matt completed his studies in 2016 at the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology.

Matt has a particular interest in cardiac health and since graduating he has worked within Cardiac Investigations amongst clinical populations in a hospital based setting in regional Queensland. Matt returned to Brisbane at the end of 2017 and has since been working in the corporate health sector.

Matt is passionate about providing lifestyle behaviour change and is keen on assisting those whom are at heightened risk of developing chronic diseases.

Julia Arapova

Julia graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (with first class honors) in 2017.

Julia has had experience working in the corporate health sector, Government, research, and hospital settings, and this has allowed her to work alongside a wide range of clients. She enjoys delivering individualized exercise, diet and lifestyle management education to help enhance health and wellbeing.

Anna Wolska

Anna Wolska completed her combined degree in Human Nutrition and Exercise Science at Westminster University in 2010.

She then worked full time as a Senior Wellbeing Physiologist at a multidisciplinary Corporate Wellness Centre in central London. In 2013, Anna successfully completed her Advanced Professional Diploma in Health and Wellbeing Physiology.

After moving to Melbourne in 2016, Anna joined the EHS team and consults as an Exercise Physiologist in our Melbourne clinic. More recently, Anna has developed a keen interest in the power of a whole-food plant-based dietary approach to help her clients improve their future health outcomes. She is also a firm believer in a ‘whole person approach’ and tries to help others on their wellbeing journey by empowering them with knowledge in a judgment-free manner. She is known for using positive psychology and humour as coaching tools.

May Liu

May graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology in 2020.

Prior to working full-time with EHS, May garnered her consulting and management skills from her various executive roles in the financial, advertising and media industries, and can fully relate to life in the corporate sector. She has a keen interest in maintaining quality of life through exercise, diet and self-care. She believes that everyone should be armed with knowledge on how physical activity can reduce their disease risks, and encourage people to see movement as a natural, innate habit instead of a chore.

May’s enthusiasm for movement and well-being is also reflected in her other passions as a practicing Remedial Massage Therapist and yoga instructor.

Jackson Gogoll

Jackson is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2019.

Jackson dove straight into corporate health when joining EHS in 2019, and since then has continued developing his skills by moving into the role of clinic manager at 32 Martin Place. He is responsible for the clinic operations and is the key account manager for several companies across NSW. Jackson has a passion for preventative health care through a balanced diet and exercise. When he is not at work, he is often spending time with his dogs, at the gym or playing basketball.

Tim Hodkinson

Tim completed his Bachelor of Exercise & Health Science at the Australian Catholic University.

Prior to working with EHS Tim developed consulting skills through roles in clinical outcall consulting with a multi-disciplinary team, semi private sector for high performance athletes and strength & conditioning.

With over 8 year’s experience Tim has consulted & coached a wide array of people from chronic injury clients, elite level strength sport athletes, elite track and field athletes from juniors to open state levels and complete beginners of all age brackets just looking for ways to improve their overall health ranging from 15 to 70+ years of age.

Tim is a big believer in communicating the importance of a healthy diet & exercise habits as these areas usually yield the greatest long term health benefits yet often have the least amount of time invested into.

Bridgette Ristevski

Bridgette graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science diving straight into the corporate health sector.

Bridgette has also worked with a wide range of clientele ranging from toddlers to the older adult population. She has developed her skills through working in hospital settings, local sporting clubs, rehabilitation clinics and gym settings. Bridgette enjoys working with a wide variety of clients, helping each individual make better lifestyle choices to help their overall health and wellbeing. Bridgette is also a Sports Trainer at a local Soccer Club whereby she prepares the team for training and game days as well as their recovery, in addition to injury prevention and rehabilitation where necessary.

Rebecca Keith

Rebecca is extremely passionate about educating individuals on the importance of exercise and living a balanced lifestyle not only for their physical health, but also their mental health.

Rebecca believes movement is medicine and exercise is one of the most effective tools when it comes to improving quality of life.

After completing her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science/Human Movement, Rebecca wanted to offer more hands on treatment and had always been interested in natural health so completed a diploma in Remedial Massage. After treating acute and chronic conditions in clinic, nursing homes and corporate settings, Rebecca decided to gain further experience in workplace health, obtaining a certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.

Since then Rebecca has worked in numerous spaces, from leading health retreats and spas, community health, and industrial industries; in injury prevention and management programs, educating employees and employers on the pillars of health, safety and wellness and assisting individuals achieve their goals with ways to integrate movement into their lifestyle to ultimately live a happier and healthier life. Outside of work you’ll find Rebecca enjoying nature on a hike, the football, at the gym, shopping and spending time with friends and family.

Kristina Fan

Kristina graduated from Deakin University in 2021 with a Bachelors in Sport and Exercise Science, majoring in Sports Nutrition.

Prior to working at EHS, Kristina worked in various areas to develop her skills, this includes experience working with the Dietician of an elite AFL team. As well as a strength and conditioning coach for young female athletes and as a Personal Trainer at a local gym.

Kristina can build rapport with anyone with her outgoing yet comforting nature, she has had experience working with a wide array of people of all different ages, experience, and varying health conditions. Kristina is very passionate about both exercise and food, as this the baseline to a healthy lifestyle. She believes that your body is your temple, where her aim is to help people through education on the importance of exercise and diet, so everyone can live a happy and healthy life.

Jade Yarden

Jade completed both her Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science and Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology at the Australian Catholic University.

Previous to this, Jade has completed multiple Health and Fitness accreditations that provide her a large scope of clinical reasoning.

With 8+ years in gym, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning environments, Jade has worked with professional athletes, chronic injury and disease management, adolescents and everybody from the advanced gym goer to the very first-time newbie.

“No one individual is the same, therefore a health, fitness and wellbeing plan should look different for everybody. Try to look at the first step, rather than the whole staircase”.

EHS’ management team has significant experience in the delivery of executive health programs to
individuals and organisations as well as primary healthcare expertise.

John Hall
Chief Executive Officer

John Hall has 20 years’ experience working in public and private health sectors both in Australia and overseas.

John has been employed in corporate health since 1999 in varied service delivery roles before being appointed the General Manager of Good Health Solutions in 2005.

In 2010 John was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Executive Health Solutions. John holds degrees in Nursing and Sports Science and a Masters degree in Public Health. He strongly believes in the “practice what you preach” mantra and enters several community based sporting events each year.

Doctor Mark Penny
Medical Director

Dr Mark Penny is the EHS Medical Director, overseeing Doctors recruitment and training, quality control and program design. Dr Penny is a practicing physician at the St Vincent’s hospital in Sydney, specialising in hypertension and nephrology.
